经济基础决定上层建筑,思想的产生与发展离不开当时的经济政治条件。为准确把握韩非子的思想,从韩非子所处的经济、政治、文化时代背景和韩非子思想的理论依据出发,分析了韩非子的主要思想主张及其历史的进步性与局限性。

The economic base determines the superstructure, and the emergence and development of econom-ic thought is inseparable from political conditions prevailing. In order to accurately grasp the idea of Han Feizi,from theoretical background of economy, politics, and culture in Han Feitime, this paper analyzes the main ideasadvocated its historical progress and limitations of Han Feizi.
