摘要
随着电子信息技术高速发展、办公自动化广泛普及,电子档案逐步取代传统的纸质档案,并且所占的比重越来越大。如何保管、维护和利用好电子档案,有效发挥其优势,在确保安全的前提下,更好地服务单位的发展,是现代档案管理不可或缺的一个重要内容。
With the rapid development of electronic information technology and the popularization of officeautomation, electronic archives have been replacing the traditional paper archives gradually, and it will take agrowing share. How to preserve, protect and use the electronic archives, play its advantages effectively, to serve forthe development of the public institution better under the premise of ensuring safety is an indispensable importantcontent of modem archives management.
