摘要 目的采用表面增强拉曼光谱法(SERS)对非法染色的关黄柏进行快速检测。方法采用原位还原法制备的银胶纸作为SERS基底,擦拭经乙醇溶液润湿的关黄柏,银胶纸的擦拭区立即进行SERS检测。本文先后对硝酸银的浓度、银胶纸的增强效果及稳定性等因素进行考察和优化。结果成功鉴别经0.01 mg·m L-1金胺O染料染色的关黄柏。结论表面增强拉曼光谱法可实现对染色黄药材的快速、简单、灵敏和无损的鉴别。 Objective To establish a surface-enhanced Raman scattering( SERS)method for the detection of dyed Amur Cork-tree Bark. Methods Supported silver nanoparticles on filter paper were synthesized by the method of in situ reduction. Experimental designs were performed to obtain the best detection results by studying the parameters:the concen-tration of silver nitrate solution,the enhancement effect and stability of the Ag NPs-paper. Results The dyed Amur Cork-tree Bark,stained by Auramine O at the concentration of 0. 01 mg·mL-1 ,had been successfully detected. Conclusion Compared with the Ag NPs-paper and SERS technology,the scheme provided a simple and rapid detection method of dyed Amur Cork-tree Bark.
