摘要
通过溶胶-凝胶法制备二氧化锡纳米晶,再进行电子束辐照。研究发现辐照剂量为1 400kGy的二氧化锡纳米粒子比未辐照的结晶性更好,辐照后二氧化锡纳米晶具有四方金红相结构,粒子平均大小为4nm。辐照后二氧化锡在535cm-1和691cm-1处出现新的拉曼峰,带隙能为3.29eV。结果表明电子束辐照对二氧化锡微结构和光性能具有重要影响。
Tin dioxide nanocrystals were prepared by sol-gel method,and then were radiated by an electron accelerator.It is found that the irradiated SnO2 nanoparticles under a 1 400 kGy dose have better crystallinity than those of unirradiated SnO2 nanoparticles.The irradiated SnO2 nanocrystals have a tetragonal rutile crystalline structure,the average grain size is about 4nm.The Raman spectrum shows two new peaks at 535cm-1 and 691cm-1,the band gap energy of the irradiated SnO2 is 3.29 eV.The results indicate that electron-beam irradiation have important influence on the microstructural and optical properties of tin dioxide.
