阿赛管道蜡沉积速率模型与计算实例 被引量:5

Wax deposition rate model and calculation examples for Aershan-Saihantala Oil Pipeline

摘要 针对阿赛输油管道结蜡严重,导致清管频率高、清管器无法到达预定位置等问题,探讨了蜡沉积速率计算方法、模型及其构建方法。考虑油流冲刷对蜡沉积的影响,基于Fick扩散定律,确定了蜡沉积速率模型的形式。在理论分析和实验研究的基础上,确定了管壁剪切应力、管壁温度梯度与蜡沉积倾向系数之间的关系。运用蜡沉积预测软件,基于阿赛管道输送原油的基本物性,构建了蜡沉积速率模型,预测了不同工况下管道沿线蜡沉积速率分布情况。研究成果对于优化进站油温具有一定的指导意义。 Severe wax deposition of the Aershan-Saihantala Oil Pipeline leads to more frequent pigging and failure of pig to reach the desired position. In this aspect, this paper discusses the calculation approach and model of wax deposition rate and the way to build the model. Given the influence of oil flow on wax deposition and based on Fick diffusion rule, the wax deposition rate is re-defined. Through theoretical analysis and experimental research, the relationship among wall shear stress, wall temperature gradient and inclination coefficient of wax deposition is identified. Considering the basic properties of crude oil transported via the Aershan-Saihantala Oil Pipeline, the model of wax deposition rate is established with wax deposition prediction software to predict the distribution of wax deposition rate along pipeline under different operating conditions. The research results are very constructive to optimizing the temperature of crude oil incoming the terminals.
