在大学生思想政治教育中加强大学生校友意识培养,要抓住新生入学时机进行以"知校"为着力点的共情教育,利用与校友的互动联系将"荣校"教育贯穿大学全过程,并在毕业阶段开展系列活动进行大学生"爱校"教育,从而实现在校大学生不断建立与学校共生的校友情感与意识。

Alumni consciousness should be included in college students＇ ideological and political education.Colleges and universities should infuse freshmen orientation with empathy education by getting the new entrants to ＂know the school＂,carry out ＂honor the school＂education throughout their whole college life by offering them opportunities to interact with outstanding alumni,and conduct＂love the school＂education before they graduate so college students can develop an alumni consciousness and build a symbiotic relationship with the school.
