摘要文章在分析大宗交易特点的基础上,从五个方面分析"程焕文之问"产生的原因。在分析国外图书馆应对大宗交易问题措施的基础上,提出解决"程焕文之问"的办法。 On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of big deals, the causes of Cheng Huanwen＇s doubt of database vendors are analyzed in five aspects. Having summarized the ways that foreign libraries have adopted to cope with the problems of big deals, some measures to cope with Cheng Huanwen＇s doubt are proposed.
