近年我国与发达经济体的信息资源配置差距扩大,原因是国内区域间尤其是城乡间信息资源配置不均衡。云计算技术的应用与渗透将改变信息资源的流通与配置模式,降低信息接触门槛;移动互联网与智能终端的普及带来弥合区域间信息鸿沟的契机;多种因素作用下,我国信息资源配置区域性差距的方向和类型正在转变和更迭。

The gap of information resource configuration between developed countries and China increases because of the imbalanced allocation of information resources among different regions, especially between the urban and rural areas. The application and penetration of cloud computing technology changes the flow and the configuration of information resources, and lowers the threshold for information access. The popularity of mobile internet and intelligent terminals offers opportunities to bridge the information gap between different areas. Due to multiple factors, the types and direction of regional gap in information resource configuration are shifting and changing.
