国内外高校馆SNS信息服务比较

A Comparison Study of Information Services of SNS in Academic Libraries at Home and Abroad

文章通过文献调研,对国内外基于SNS的高校图书馆信息服务的理论研究现状及趋势进行对比;利用网络调研法,针对国内外高校图书馆SNS信息服务模式的实践应用现状展开分析。在与国外先进理念及应用对比的基础上,归纳国内高校图书馆在SNS信息服务研究方向的定位、SNS工具的集成应用、社交媒体政策制定方面所需改进之处,并提出对策。

Through literature research, overseas and domestic status quos and trends of the theoretical research on information services of SNS are compared. By using the network survey, the present application of SNS model in domestic and foreign university libraies is analysed. By comparison, it is found that SNS information services in domestic university need to be updated in these aspects： the research orientation, the integration of diverse social networking tools, the formulation and implementation of social media policy. Finally, some optimization measures are put forward.
