民族地区公共服务信息化协同问题研究——以政府部门为对象

On the Informatization of Public Service——A Case Study of Government Departments

民族地区的发展与稳定事关全国的发展与稳定,进入新世纪之后,我国民族地区开始采取一系列措施大力提升公共服务水平,这一举措因惠及民族地区的广大人民群众而备受关注。根据我国八个民族省区供给公共服务中对信息技术的应用状况来看,我国大部分民族地区在公共服务的供给过程中应用信息技术的情况不容乐观,这一进程中面临着诸多困难。鉴于此,有必要以实现政府部门内部的有效协同、政府部门与公益部门和私营部门之间的有效协同为目标、践行一系列措施,从而有效地应用信息技术,提升民族地区公共服务水平。

The development and stability in ethnic regions can promote the development of the whole nation. A lot of measures have been taken to improve the public service in ethnic regions of China in the new century. According to the research, the application of information technology in those regions is not so wide and there are many difficulties in the process of informatization. In view of this, efficient collaboration is very important among government departments, public sectors, and private sectors. We should take some measures to solve those problems in order to improve the informatization of public service.
