经眶隔后隧道额肌瓣悬吊术临床效果探讨

Clinical efficacy of frontalis muscle suspension through the orbital septum tunnel

目的评价经眶隔后隧道额肌瓣悬吊术治疗先天性上睑下垂的临床效果。方法先天性上睑下垂108例（124眼），随机分为对照组与观察组各54例（各62眼）。观察组行经眶隔后隧道额肌瓣悬吊术，对照组行上睑提肌缩短徙前术，对比两组治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组矫正满意率显著高于对照组，观察组均未发生并发症，对照组并发症发生率为14．5％，二者差异有统计学意义。结论经眶隔后隧道额肌瓣悬吊术对先天性上睑下垂有显著矫正效果。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of orbital septum tunnel frontal muscle flap suspension surgery for congenital blepharoptosis. Methods One hundred and twenty-four eyes of 108 cases with congenital ptosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group （62 eyes in each group）. The patients in control group underwent levator advancement correction, and the patients in observation group were treated with posterior orbital septum tunnel frontalis muscle suspension. The curative effects and complications of two groups were compared. Results The satisfactory rate of observation group was higher than that of control group. No complications happened in observation group. The incidence rate of complications in control group was 14. 5%, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The posterior orbital septum tunnel frontal muscle flap suspension surgery is effective for congenital ptosis correction.
