郑州市火车站地区眼外伤临床分析

Clinical analysis of ocular trauma in area of Zhengzhou Railway Station

目的分析郑州市火车站地区眼外伤的流行病学特征和规律。方法收集2010年11月到2013年12月间我院收治的在火车站及周边地区受伤的眼外伤213例（234眼），进行回顾性分析。结果该地区受伤患者多为男性，年龄以15～50岁最多，职业以个体户及农民工居多。致伤原因以打架斗殴最多，工作意外及交通意外次之。致伤类型以眼球挫伤最多（71．83％），其次为眼球穿孔伤（21．60％）及化学性或热烧伤（6．57％）。夏、冬两季为高发季节。结论对火车站地区加强治安及交通治理，并对高危人群进行安全防护教育是很有必要的。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and features regulation of ocular trauma in railway station of Zhengzhou. Methods A retrospective study was made on 234 eyes of 213 patients with ocular trauma from November 2010 to December 2013. Results The most cases were males. The range of age was 15 - 50 yeas. The patients were mainly self-employee and migrant workers. The main causes of injury were fight, accidental work and traffic accident. The most common cause of injury was contusion（71.83% ） ,followers were perforating injuries（21.60% ）and burns（6.57% ）. The high incidence of ocular trauma was summer and winter. Conclusion Strengthening public security and traffic management, and security education are very necessary.
