摘要 基于0.5μm CMOS工艺设计了一款LED恒流驱动芯片。该设计实现了9V^40V的输入电压,同时通过外置反馈电阻实现了电流的可调,电流范围可从10m A变化至80m A;通过验证实现了在不同工艺角下,当温度不变而输出电压从1V变化到8V的情况下,10m A和80m A电流变化误差均约±0.6%;在不同工艺角下,当输出电压不变而温度从-40℃变化到125℃时,10m A电流变化误差约为±1.5%,80m A电流变化误差约为±1.15%。设计主要包括校准器、带隙基准电路、输出运放结构以及过温保护电路,并对各个电路做详细分析。 A LED driving chip with constant current is designed based on a 0.5 p, m CMOS technology. The design realizes a big input voltage from 9V to 40V and makes the current adjustable with external feedback resistance and the current range from 10mA to 80mA. In the case of the output voltage with the different process comers and the constant output voltage from 1V to 8V, the currents of 10mA and 80mA change about ± 0.6%; In the situation of tem- perature with the different process comers and the constant temperature varying from -40 ℃ to 125 ℃, the current of 10mA changes ± 1.5% and 80mA changes ± 1.15%. The design mainly includes the regulator, bandgap reference circuit, the op-amp and thermal protection circuit, and makes an analysis in detail.
