Song Xiuyan. Vice-President and First Member of the Secretariat of the All-China Women＇s Federation （ACWF）, met Esther Lungu, First Lady of Zambia, at the Museum of Chinese Women and Children, in Beijing. on March 30, 2015. During her visit to China, Lungu accompanied Edgar Lungu, President of Zambia, at the Boao Forum for Asia （a conference held annually in southern China＇s Hainan Province for nations＇ leaders to discuss important economic and social issues）.
