摘要 高达80%的1型糖尿病患儿会并发糖尿病酮症酸中毒（diabetic ketoacidosis, DKA）。尽管儿童 DKA 并发的卒中少见,但却会危及患儿的生命。各种类型的卒中,如缺血性卒中、脑静脉血栓形成和出血性卒中,均可见于 DKA 患儿。文章对有关 DKA 儿童卒中的文献进行了综述。 Up to 80% of type 1 diabetes melitus children present with diabetic ketoacidosis （DKA）. Stroke in children with DKA children is uncommon but life-threatening. Various types of stroke, such as ischemic, cerebral venous thrombosis, and hemorrhagic stroke were observed in children with DKA. In this article, we review the literatures regarding stroke in children with DKA.
