摘要
以市售玉米淀粉为原料,以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂制备交联淀粉。通过研究不同反应条件对交联度的影响设计单因素试验。再通过离心测定其交联度,在单因素试验结果的基础上设计正交试验。通过四因素四水平正交试验确定交联淀粉的最佳工艺参数为:环氧氯丙烷为4.0m L、Na OH用量为4.0m L、反应时间为2.5h、反应温度40℃时交联度是最大的,影响交联淀粉合成顺序为:反应温度>环氧氯丙烷用量>反应时间>氢氧化钠用量。
The cross linked starch was prepared by using corn starch as material and epichlorohyd -rin as cross linker.The single factor experiments were designed by studying the degree of cross linker in the different reaction conditions.Then the degree of cross linker was measured by centrifuging.The orthogonal test was designed on the basis of the results about single factor experiments.The results of orthogonal test showed that dosage of epichlorohydrin 3.0mL,dosage of sodium hydroxide 3mL, reaction time 2.5h, reaction temperature 40℃. The influence on preparating cross linked starch in descreasing order was reaction temperature 〉 dosage of epichlorohydrin 〉 reaction time 〉 dosage of sodium hydroxide.
