桦褐孔菌发酵浸膏抑菌活性成分的研究 被引量:2

Study on the Active Ingredients of Antibacterial from Fermentation Extract of Inonotus obliquus

摘要 以金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、克氏库克菌(Kocuria kristinae)、粪肠球菌(Streptococcus faecalis)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌(Salmonella typhimurium)、阪崎肠杆菌(Enterobacter sakazakii)和绿脓假单胞菌(Pesudomonas pyocyaneum)为受试菌,采用滤纸片法检测桦褐孔菌(Inonotus obliquus)发酵浸膏各极性部位的抑菌活性。利用色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和谱学数据进行结构鉴定,确定了桦褐孔菌石油醚提取物的化学成分及乙酸乙酯层抑菌单体化合物的结构。结果表明:桦褐孔菌发酵浸膏的乙酸乙酯层抑菌活性较强,通过分离纯化,从该层分离得到了苯甲酸,并确定为主要抑菌活性成分。 Staphylococcus aureus,Kocuria kristinae,Streptococcus faecalis,Escherichia coli,Salmonella typhimurium,Enterobacter sakazakii and Pesudomonas pyocyaneum were used to test the inhibitory ability of different polar constituents from Inonotus obliquus after they were separated by filter paper method. Using chromatography separation and purification technology,identification of spectroscopic data,the polarity constituents of antibacterial activity of Inonotus obliquus fermentation extracts were identified based on physical and chemical properties and structure. The results showed that the fermentation extract of ethyl acetate layers possessed strong bacteriostatic activity,and benzoic acid purified from the layer was determined to be main antibacterial component.
