瘦柄红石蕊次生代谢产物Biruloquinone的抗氧化作用研究

摘要 讨论了从瘦柄红石蕊Cladonia macilenta发酵液中分离得到的一种自然界罕见的菲醌化合物biruloquinone的体外抗氧化能力;分别采用DPPH·自由基清除法和ABTS·+自由基清除法对其抗氧化活性进行测定。结果显示,biruloquinone具有较高的抗氧化活性,且在检测浓度范围内对自由基的清除效果呈现剂量依赖关系,在浓度分别为100μg/m L和1.2 mmol/L时对DPPH·和ABTS·+自由基清除能力最大值分别达到90.83%和75.39%,其自由基半数清除浓度(EC50)分别为24.91μg/m L和0.488 mmol/L,在ABTS·+法中,biruloquinone的总抗氧化能力为2.5 TEAC。 This paper focused on the antioxidant ability of biruloquinone from Cladonia macilenta fermentation broth. Biruloquinone is a phenanthraquinone compound,which is extremely rare among natural quinones. The antioxidant activity was measured using their ability to scavenge DPPH and ABTS free radicals in vitro. The results showed that biruloquinone exhibited high antioxidant activities in dose-dependent manner in the test concentration range. DPPH and ABTS free radical clearance rates were 90. 83% with an EC50 value of 24. 91 μg / m L and 75. 39% with an EC50 value of0. 488 mmol / L,respectively,when the concentrations were 100 μg / m L and 1. 2 mmol / L. The total antioxidant capacity of biruloquinone was found to be 2. 5 times TEAC by ABTS method.
