广东垦区农机技能人才培养的思考

Thinking of Agricultural Machinery Skilled Talents Trainning in Guangdong Reclamation Area

农机作用的发挥和农机化水平的发展,与农机从业人员的技能水平密切相关。随着广东垦区农机设备不断升级与更新换代,对拥有高知识、高技能的新型农机人才的需求也越来越迫切。分析了加强广东垦区农机技能人才培养的必要性,指出了目前存在的主要问题,并提出了加强农机技能人才培养的思路。

Playing role of agricultural machinery and development level of agricultural mechanization are closely related to skill level of agricultural machinery employees. With upgrade and replacement of agricultural machinery in Guangdong reclamation area,demand of new agricultural machinery talents that have high knowledge and high skills are more and more urgent. Necessity of strengthening agricultural machinery skilled talents training in Guangdong reclamation area was analyzed. Main problems at present were pointed out. Train of thought about strengthening agricultural machinery skilled talents training was put forward.
