Agricultural Mechanization Diversified Investment System Construction in Zhejiang Province

近年来,浙江省农机化资金投入主体向多元化结构转变,已逐步演变成为农民、中央和地方三元主体结构。农机多元化的主要途径和措施包括均衡农机化三元投入结构、扩大农机化其他投入比例和加大农机化信贷资金投入力度等。提出了在保证中央财政、地方财政和农民个人投入三元结构均衡发展的基础上,还应增加农机信贷金融比例,吸引工商资本的支持,鼓励农机企业和科研院所等社会组织以互惠互利、合作共赢和共同建设等多种形式开展农机示范区建设,最终形成"稳步进入三元主体结构,并逐步向四元结构发展"的新格局。

In recent years,the agricultural mechanization investment＇s main bodies gradually turned to the diversified structure in Zhejiang province,which has become a triangle system including farmer＇s investment,the central and local investment. The main ways and measures of agricultural diversification include equilibrium of agricultural mechanization triangle system,expansion of the other investment and credit capital investment proportions. Basis was presented to ensure the central finance,local finance and individual farmer investment structure into the structure of balanced development,so as the expansion of agricultural credit in the financial industry and commerce proportion. More capital supports should be attracted,and agricultural enterprises and scientific research institutions and other social organizations were encourage to mutual benefit,insist cooperation with mutual benefit and common construction in various forms to carry out the construction of Agricultural Demonstration District,and ultimately achieve the formation of ‘steadily into the triangle investment structure,a new pattern of development and gradually＇to the four element structure.
