摘要
以某公司含锌50~70 g/L的铟萃余液为研究对象,研究采用溶剂萃取法回收锌的工艺技术。结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下,锌萃取率达到97.83%,反萃率达98%以上,锌萃取总回收率大于90%,经过多级逆流反萃,反萃液中锌含量达到150 g/L以上,且不引入新的杂质,锌浓度及杂质含量均可满足电积新液的要求,回收了锌资源,同时还达到了氟、氯等杂质元素开路的目的,氟的脱除率为62.86%,氯的脱除率为96.42%,效果比较理想。
The research was based on indium raffinate with zinc content of 50 ~ 70 g / L in a certain company. Solvent extraction was applied to recycle zinc in this research. Under the optimal technological conditions,zinc extraction rate rose up to 97. 83%,reextraction rate went beyond 98%,and overall recovery of extracted zinc exceeded 90%. After multistage countercurrent extraction,zinc content in stripping solution rose over 150 g / L,meeting the requirements on electrodeposition of new liquor. This has not only recycled zinc resources,but also rid fluorine,chlorine and other impurities. Rate of removal for fluorine came to 62. 86%,and that for chlorine reached 96. 42%,with satisfactory results.
