Experiment on the Uniformity of Stir Processing on a kind of Zinc-based Alloy

测试在不同温度区间、搅拌桨叶角度和搅拌机轴长情况下,某种锌基合金生产搅拌均匀所用的时间,从而找出合适搅拌相关参数,以便提高生产效率,稳定和提高合金生产一次合格率。

This paper introduces experiment on some kinds of zinc based-alloy during production. Under different temperature,different angles of the stirring blade and the shaft length of the mixer,we get the time of the uniformity of stir processing on zinc-based alloy. This not only helps us find out the suitable related parameters of stir processing,but also improves the efficiency of production and stabilizes and increases first-passyield of the alloy production.
