摘要
邯钢一炼钢厂通过铁水脱硫-转炉初炼-LF精炼-连铸机-铸坯检验-控冷控轧等工艺,开发生产YL82B钢Φ12.5 mm盘条.生产结果表明,YL82B钢中平均氧含量为20x10-6,氮含量为40x10-6,该钢断面收缩率为34％ ～ 42％,延伸率为10％ ～ 16％,均达到标准要求.
In No. 1 Steelworks of Han Steel, the Φ12.5 mm wire bar of YL83B steel is developed with processes： hot metal desulfurization, preliminary smelting in converter, LF refining, continuous casting, cast billet examination, controlled cooling and roiling. It is showed in production that the average oxygen content in the steel is 20 x 10^ -6, nitrogen 20 x 10^ 6 , reduction of area 34 to 42 percent, elongation 10 to 16 percent, all reach the standard.
