PIANC及中国标准船舶有效撞击能计算对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 详细阐述了PIANC船舶有效撞击能的计算方法,并与中国标准进行对比,通过对比发现:PIANC的有效撞击能计算较中国标准更高,该标准考虑了柔性系数、泊位形状系数、偏心系数以及附加质量系数等影响因素,与中国标准相比,其关键差异取决于附加质量系数Cm,两种计算方法的结果比值接近Cm的取值。同时,PIANC还要求考虑异常靠泊工况,其影响系数为1.1~2.0。此外,PIANC中对船舶靠泊速度的建议值与中国标准也存在一定差异。 The calculation method of PIANC standards for vessel effective impact energy is described in detail and compared with the Chinese standard. The comparison results reveal that PIANC is a higher standard comparing with the Chinese for effective impact energy calculation, which considers influential factors including the softness factor, berth cushion factor, eccentric coefficients, as well as the added mass factor. Compared with Chinese standards, the key difference depends on the added mass coefficient Cm. The ratio of results based on the two methods is close to Cm. Meanwhile, PIANC requires that the abnormal berthing condition shall be considered and its impact factor is 1.1 to 2. 0. In addition, there are some differences between PIANC recommended values for berthing velocity and that of Chinese standards.
