内江市农民获取农业信息调查研究

Research on Farmers' Acquisition of Agriculture Information in Neijiang

以问卷调查法、文献法、个案访谈等方法,以内江市农民为研究对象,随机抽取164名农民作为本研究的调查样本,结果表明:人际传播渠道在农业信息传播中发挥了至关重要的作用;农业信息传播渠道的有效性受多种因素影响,农民的技术需求不能得到最大满足;农业信息传播渠道存在一些消极影响,使其功能受到一定扭曲.提出切实可行的促进农业信息传播的对策和建议是:政府应该加大农业信息传播渠道,整合传播渠道,发挥综合优势;创新农业信息个性化服务,加强农业技术推广人员下乡;大力发展农民教育,培养农民信息收集能力.

By means of questionnaire,literature documentation and individual interviews,164 farmers were taken randomly as the research subjects and the results showed：the person-to-person mode of information dissemination plays a pivotal role in the spreading of agriculture messages;many factors have a part in affecting the efficacy of the information spreading;the farmers＇ need of technological support are far from enough to be catered for;there exist some negative impacts in the information-spreading channels which distort the functions to some degree.Counter measures and suggestions are made as follows：the government needs to find more effective channels to spread information;the existing channels for information spreading be integrated so as to help exert the comprehensive advantages;personalized service be created for agricultural information spreading;technical staff be encouraged to go to the fields and households so as to do a better job of technical popularization;efforts be stepped up to develop farmers education to improve their ability of information gathering.
