邢台市居民生活用水变化特征分析

通过对邢台市生活用水变化特征分析,掌握其变化规律和变化趋势,为制定水资源规划和合理利用水资源提供科学依据。根据邢台市2001-2012年用水量资料分析,邢台市生活用水占总用水量的7.98%,生活用水量呈增加趋势。通过对邢台市生活用水量变化情况分析,城镇居民生活用水量虽有波动,相对维持在一个稳定水平,总体呈略减趋势,平均每年减少0.000 4×108m3。农村居民生活用水呈增加趋势,平均每年增加0.007 8×108m3。生活用水量变化因素:1采用节水器具;2供水过程减少水网损失量;3通过调节水价的杠杆作用,促进节水,达到节水目的。

Through the change characteristics of living water in Xingtai city analysis,grasp the evolution and variation trend,for water resources planning and provide the scientific basis for the rational utilization of water resources. According to the Xingtai 2001- 2012 annual water use data analysis,Xingtai city living water accounted for 7. 98% of the total amount,domestic water use increased.Through the analysis of Xingtai city life water changes,urban residents living water despite fluctuations,relatively maintained at a stable level,the total head slightly decrease trend,the average annual decrease of 40 000 m^3. The water of life of rural residents has also increased,the average annual increase of 780 000 m^3. Factors of living water changes,one is the use of water- saving appliances,two is the supply process to reduce water loss,the three is through the leverage,adjusting water price to promote water conservation,to achieve the purpose of saving water.
