产学研结合视角下高职院校师资队伍建设探析——以酒店管理专业为例

Analysis on Innovating Teaching Staff construction in College Based on Production Learning and Research Cooperation ——Taking Hotel Management Major for Example

近年来,高职教育快速发展对高职院校师资队伍的建设提出了新的要求。本文分析了高职酒店管理专业师资队伍现状,主要是实践教学能力不足等问题,提出了产学研结合视角下加强和完善师资队伍建设的对策。

The development of higher vocational education raises new requirement of the construction of teaching staff in college. This paper analyzes the current situation of the teaching staff of hotel management major.These situations include that the teachers are weaker in practice. In the end,the authors put forward suggestions to strengthen and perfect the problem based on production learning and research cooperation.
