职业院校学生校园文化认知现状及改进对策研究——以深圳职业技术学院为例

Investigation on the Campus Culture Status of Higher Vocational Colleges and Improvement Countermeasure ——Taking Shenzhen Polytechnic as an Example

本文以深圳职业技术学院为例,通过对受访学生校园文化认知以及需求的调查了解,从中发现目前在高职教育中文化育人工作方面存在的不足和出现的问题,并进一步对产生问题的原因做深层次的分析,继而有针对性地提出解决问题的对策建议,为高职院校进一步调整校园文化建设工作方向、构建校园文化建设体系提供理论依据。

Campus culture status of higher vocational colleges is investigated in this study taking Shenzhen Polytechnic as example, finding some problems of campus cultural construction in higher vocational education. Further analysis is made, based on which the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed. The results of this study can put forward some measures for strengthening the construction of the campus culture of higher vocational colleges.
