Review of the Student Affairs Managements Theory and Practice Studies between Chinese and Western Universities

目前来看,西方研究者以"服务"为核心,以学生全面发展为理论依据,已经形成了较为系统和实用的管理模式。国内高校学生管理研究尚未形成一个较为统一的认识,但是引入西方研究理论,构建服务型的学生管理模式,已经逐渐成为学生管理走向的一种共识。本文以期能够为高校学生管理理论与实务的深入研究提供一定的参考,为高校学生管理的发展提供一定的启示。

Nowadays, the western countries have formed a systematic and practical management mode which took ＂service＂ as the core and students all-round development as the theoretical basis. The research of student management in domestic universities has not yet formed a more unified understanding. However, introducing the western research theory and building a service-oriented student affairs management mode has gradually become a consensus on the development of student management.
