论应用文教学改革中学生职业能力的培养

The Reformof Writing Teaching in Overal Ability Oriented

高职院校应用写作教学虽然取得了一定的成果,但仍存在诸多问题。本文提出以培养学生的综合职业能力为目标,改革传统教学模式。通过与专业学科的整合优化应用文写作的教学内容,灵活运用多种有效的课堂教学方法,切实提高学生的综合职业能力,增强学生的就业竞争力。

Although the teaching of practical writing has made a rapid progress, there are still many problems. The purpose of practical writing should always target at cultivating the overall abilities of the students. This thesis propo- ses that we must reform the traditional teaching mode. We could optimize the content of practical writing courses by means of integrating professional disciplines, use teaching method, raise the teaching effect diligently. The purpose of teaching reform is to improve overall abilities, enhance employability of the students in higher vocational colleges.
