摘要
针对地方基层政府的民生收益管理目标,本文在系统论述建设服务型政府新思路的基础上,提出以智慧管理与强化执行力为抓手,实现以民生为本思民、便民、利民服务型政府构建的具体做法。
According to the management objectives for the people＇ s livelihood income of local grassroots government,the paper discusses systematically the new concept of the construction of service-oriented government,puts forward to taking strengthening of executive force and wisdom management as the starting point,and proposes a series of practices based on increasing the people＇s livelihood income and concern,convenience and benefit for people to build a service-oriented government.
