利益相关者视野下国家开放大学的社会责任

On Social Responsibility for the Open University of China Based on Stakeholders

根据利益相关者理论的研究成果,提出国家开放大学的利益相关者主要包括政府、合作高校、企业,以及教职员工、广大求学者五个方面,以此为基础对国家开放大学履行社会责任的影响进行分析,并提出相应对策:调动教职员工的积极性、争取政府的支持、加强与高校的合作、增大企业的参与、争取求学者的信任。

Based on the research results of the stakeholder theory, the author puts forwards the stakeholders for the Open University of China. The stakeholders mainly consist of five parts such as faculty, staff, the government, partner colleges and universities, enterprises and the majority of students.On this basis, this essay analyzes the impact of the national Open University to fulfill its social responsibility. Meanwhile the author proposes relative countermeasures, which include：to promote the staff enthusiasm, to ask for the governmental supports, to strengthen the cooperation with other universities, to increase enterprise participation and to obtain the students belief.
