现代学徒制是世界各国技术技能人才培养的重要形式之一,在我国,现代学徒制的条件已经具备并且得到广泛认可。现代学徒制校企合作"六共同"育人策略,克服了学校单一教育与实践分离的弊端,深化了产教融合、校企合作的职业教育内涵,有利于学生职业道德和技术技能的提升。

This paper proposes a system of modern apprenticeship school- enterprise cooperation of six co- education strategy to overcome the separation of school education and practice single malpractice, deepening the integration of production and education, school- enterprise cooperation in vocational content, will help improve students＇ professional ethics and technical skills.
