China should now start to establish a ＂One Belt and One Road＂ training system. Through this training, we can brief relevant leaders, experts and entrepreneurs on the strategic considerations, historical background and relevant policies of ＂One Belt and One Road＂ so that they can form a whole set of ideas in this regard. Then we expand the trainees to cover practitioners and the general public. In addition, we should offer a more positive and correct explanation to the general public and people overseas.
