针对性心理护理对减轻耳鼻喉部手术患者术后疼痛程度的效果

Application effect of pertinent psychological nursing on reducing postoperative pain degree of patients undergoing otolaryngological surgery

目的探讨针对性心理护理对减轻耳鼻喉部手术患者术后疼痛程度的临床效果。方法将58例耳鼻喉部手术患者随机分为两组,各29例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予针对性心理护理。使用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对术后疼痛程度进行评价,对比两组患者术后VAS评分及对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患者术后VAS评分为(2.1±0.7)分,低于对照组的(6.6±1.3)分(P<0.01);观察组患者对护理工作的满意度为96.6%,高于对照组的72.4%(P<0.05)。结论针对性心理护理有利于减轻耳鼻喉部手术患者术后疼痛程度,提高对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of pertinent psychological nursing on reducing postoperative pain degree of patients undergoing otolaryngological surgery. Methods Fifty-eight patients undergoing otolaryngological surgery were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 29,treated with pertinent psychological nursing） and control group（ n = 29,treated with routine care）.Visual analogue scale（ VAS） was used to evaluate postoperative pain. The VAS score and nursing satisfaction rate were compared. Results Postoperative VAS score of observation group was（ 2. 1 ± 0. 7） points,which was lower than（ 6. 6 ± 1. 3） points of control group（ P〈0. 01）. Nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was 96. 6%,higher than 72. 4% of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Pertinent psychological nursing can reduce postoperative pain degree of patients undergoing otolaryngological surgery and improve nursing satisfaction rate.
