LEEP刀联合壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜治疗重度宫颈糜烂效果观察

LEEP combined with chitosan cervical antibacterial membrane in treatment of severe cervical erosion

目的探讨LEEP刀联合壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜治疗重度宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法将136例重度宫颈糜烂患者随机分为两组,各68例。观察组采用LEEP刀联合壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜治疗,对照组采用LEEP刀联合保妇康栓治疗。术后随访3个月,观察两组阴道排液时间、出血时间、创面愈合情况及并发症发生率,术后1个月行疗效评定。结果观察组术后阴道排液时间、出血时间及创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);术后1个月,观察组治愈率及总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 LEEP刀联合壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜治疗重度宫颈糜烂效果显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of LEEP combined with chitosan cervical antibacterial membrane in the treatment of severe cervical erosion. Methods One hundred and thirty-six patients with severe cervical erosion were divided into 2groups（ n = 68,each）. The observation group was treated with LEEP knife combined with chitosan cervical antibacterial membrane and the control group was treated with LEEP knife combined with Baofukang suppository. The patients were followed up for 3 months and the two groups were observed for vaginal discharge time,bleeding time,cervical healing time and complications. 1 month after operation,curative effect was evaluated. Results In the observation group,the time of vaginal discharge,bleeding,cervical healing time were shorter than that of the control group（ P〈0. 01）. After 1 month of treatment,the cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. The complication rates of the 2 groups had no significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion LEEP combined with chitosan cervical antibacterial membrane in the treatment of severe cervical erosion has satisfactory efficacy and less adverse reaction and it is worth clinical promotion.
