摘要
当前,高校教师党支部建设工作的背景、环境、任务和条件等发生了显著的变化。高校教师党支部建设应该主动适应新的情况,围绕党建工作"三位一体化"、"人性化"、"品牌化"、"生活化"、"机制化"等方面,创新高校教师党支部建设,较好地完成时代赋予高校教师党支部建设的新任务。
nowadays, great changes have taken place in the background, circumstances, tasks and conditions of the Party branch construction of University Teachers. Accordingly, the Party branch construction should be carried out creatively by following the five principles： trinity, humanity, branding, life-oriented and institutionalization, so as to accomplish the new tasks of the Party branch construction in a better way as the time requires.
