"亲亲相隐"是我国古代一项重要的法律原则和法律制度。从法律权利的视角来观察这一制度,不同的学者对其法律性质给出了不同定位。经过比较分析可以看出,"亲亲相隐"制度在法律属性上具有复杂性,即不同的观察视角和语境,会将我们引向不同的结论终点,而这些看似不同的结论在实质上又并不矛盾。这恰恰就是"亲亲相隐"制度在法律性质上的最大特点。

The rule of shielding between family members is an important legal principle and legal system of our country in ancient times. From the angle of legal rights to observe this system,different scholars presents different position on its legal nature. Through the comparative analysis it can be seen that the system is complex in the legal attribute,namely different viewpoints and context lead to different conclusions,but these seemingly different conclusions in effect does not conflict. This is precisely the legal nature of the biggest characteristic of the system.
