关于提升社区中医药服务能力的调查

Study on "Promoting the Traditional Chinese Medicine Service Ability of Community Health Service Center "

社区卫生服务中心的中医药服务能力受中医药政策、继续教育、评价体系、社会认可度等因素影响。对上海二十余家社区服务中心的调查显示,中医药服务在社区基本实现广覆盖,然而在质量上参差不齐,现有的培训体系还需完善,评价体系应进一步优化,扶持政策还要抓紧落实。

The traditional Chinese medicine service ability of community health service center is impacted by traditional Chinese medicine policy, continuing education, evaluation system, social recognition and other factors. The survey of more than twenty community service center in Shanghai revealed that the service of Chinese medicine have been basicly covered entire neighborhoods, though the quality varies. At the same time, the existing training system need to be improved, the evaluation system should be further optimized, the support policies must be implement promptly.
