急性白血病发热患者的辨证施护

Nursing Based on Syndrome Differentiation of the Pyretic Patient with Acute Leukaemia

目的:观察辨证施护在急性白血病发热治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取急性白血病发热患者80例,随机分为对照组35例和治疗组45例。对照组予常规血液科基础护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上予辨证施护,观察两组疗效及体温恢复至正常的时间。结果:(1)治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)治疗组体温恢复至正常的时间显著少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:辨证施护在急性白血病发热治疗中效果较好。

Objective： To observe the effect of nursing based on syndrome differentiation of the pyretic patient with acute leukaemia. Methods： The 80 pyretic patients with acute leukaemia were randomly divided into treatment group （45 cases） and control group （35 cases）. Regular onset primary care was given to control group only, while nursing based on syndrome differentiation also was given to the treatment group. The clinical efficacy and the time of temperature back to normal of two groups were observed. Results：（1） The efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. （2） The time of temperature back to normal of the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0.01）.
