1733例婴幼儿ABO血型IgM抗体回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis of the ABO blood group Ig M antibodies in 1733 infants

目的分析江西省1岁内婴幼儿ABO血型正反定型结果相互符合情况,了解婴幼儿ABO血型IgM抗体产生趋势及规律。方法选取1岁以内1733例婴幼儿患者(排除AB型患儿)进行ABO血型盐水试管法正反血型定型检测,并分析结果。结果 1733例患儿按年龄从小到大依次分为3个组,其抗体检出率分别为55.2%、58.2%、96.5%。结论婴幼儿产生ABO血型IgM抗体在6个月前与6个月后存在明显差异,6个月龄以后的婴幼儿同时做正反定型,符合率明显增高,接近成人水平,应重视6个月以后婴幼儿ABO血型的正反定型检测以保证输血安全。

Objective To analyze the consistent rate of forward and reverse ABO blood grouping in infants younger than 1 year in Jiangxi province and to understand the trend and regulation of IgM antibodies production in infants. Methods A total of 1733 infants yonger than 1 year were selected, and their forward and reverse ABO blood grouping was identified by tube method （infants with AB blood type were excluded）, and the results were analyzed. Results All the infants were divided into three groups according to age, the detection rate of ABO blood IgM antibodies of these three groups is 55.2%, 58.2%, 96.5%, respectively. Conclusion There are significant difference of ABO blood group IgM antibodies production in infants between within 6 months and beyond 6 months, the consistent rate of the latter is obviously higher, and almost close to the adult level. So we should pay attention to the forward and reverse ABO blood grouping for infants older than 6 months to ensure the safety of blood transfusion.
