摘要
微格模拟公开课、教学比武大赛、有导引的发展是师范生专业成长的有效方式。师范生的专业成长之路很复杂,不能完全照搬在职教师的专业发展范式,应努力体现师范生的特点。以"面向教学的数学知识"(Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching,以下简称MKT)为基础的训练方式是一条新路。
Micro-class simulating public class,teaching jousting contest,and development under guidance are effective ways for teachers'professional development.The road to pre-service teachers'professional development is very complex,which can't completely copy the paradigm of in-service teachers'professional development and should reflect the characteristics of normal students.MKT(Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching)-based training is a new road.
