摘要
中国教师资格制度的建立从实施《中华人民共和国教师法》开始,及后相继出台的《教师资格条例》《中小学教师资格考试暂行办法》等文件,是教师资格明确化和资格考试具体化的完善发展过程。中国的教师资格考试内容侧重于教师的综合素质、教育知识和学科教学知识及其应用能力。为配合"国考",高师院校应从三方面进行改革:一是整体改革人才培养方案,满足教师知识结构的需要;二是调整教师教育课程结构,突出理论与实践的结合;三是参照考试标准和大纲的要求,开展有效教学。
Teacher's Law of the PRC,followed by Regulations for Teacher Qualification and Provisional Measures for Teacher's Qualifications Examination establish the teacher certification admittance system and the methods of teacher's qualification examination.Compared with those in America and Germany,Chinese examination contents for teacher certification put particular emphasis on comprehensive qualities,educational knowledge,discipline knowledge and their application.In coordination with the national examination,normal universities should deal with three issues:firstly,reforming their talent-cultivation patterns to meet the needs of teachers'knowledge structure;secondly,adjusting the teacher education curriculum system by laying stress on the combination of teaching theories and educational practice;thirdly;consulting teacher's qualification examination standard and syllabus before an effective teaching is carried out.
