摘要
"影子研修"作为"国培计划"置换脱产研修培训的关键环节,其效果的优劣必将决定着培训质量的高低甚至成败。本文以广西师范学院为个案分析学校在组织"影子研修"过程中遇到的常见问题和解决途径,并提出促进继续教育有效性的建议。
As the key link of the ＂National Teachers Training Program＂,the demonstrative teaching methods play a decisive role in the quality of this program.Taking Guangxi Teachers Education University as an example,this thesis aims to analyze the problems and their countermeasures in the process of implementing the ＂National Teachers Training Program＂,thus putting forward some constructive views.
