湖北某高硫磁铁矿磁选工艺提铁降硫研究 被引量:1

Study on Iron Improvement and Sulfur Reduction with Magnetic Separation Process of High-sulfur Magnetite in Hubei

摘要 湖北某磁铁矿为含TFe 32.95%,S 3.89%的高硫磁铁矿,主要含硫矿物黄铁矿与磁铁矿相互嵌生。若获得高品质的铁精矿,必须进行细磨才能使磁铁矿完全单体解离。采用两段磨矿—两段磁选工艺流程处理后,可得到含TFe 69.07%,回收率88.71%,S 0.22%的铁精矿,获得了较好的选矿指标,表明该工艺具有较好的应用前景。 Magnetite with iron grade of 32. 95% and sulfur grade of 3. 89% has the property of high sulfur in Hubei. The main sulfur mineral which embeds with magnetite is pyrite. So the fine grinding to make magnetite monomer dissociation is an effective way to obtain the high quality iron concentrate. The final iron concentrate after the two-stage grinding and two-stage magnetic separation had a well index with the iron grade of 69. 07%,the recovery of 88. 71%,and the sulfur grade of 0. 22%. The results show great application prospect of this process.
