摘要
磷矿石中酸不溶物的检测方法主要有硼酸—王水重量法和王水重量法,但是2种方法的再现性都较差,难以满足国家标准或行业标准的质量要求。在比对试验的基础上,分析结果稳定性较差的主要原因,基本确定样品中F元素的存在是导致结果不稳定的主要因素,且这种影响难以通过掩蔽效应有效消除,因此建议对标准文本作出适当改进,从而与实验室工作更相适应。
Method for detection of acid insoluble in phosphate rock mainly includes boric acid-aqua regia gravimetric method and aqua regia gravimetric method at present,but the reproducibility of the two methods are poor,and difficult to meet the quality requirements of the national standards or industry standards. Based on the comparison test,combined with years of work experience,the authors analyze the main causes of the poor stability,and have been basically confirmed that the presence of F element is the main factor which leads to the unstable,and this effect is difficult to eliminate by masking effect. In order to better adapt to the laboratory work,the authors think that should make appropriate improvements to the standard text,and put forward some concrete suggestions.
