摘要
企业生产与自然环境的联系越来越密切,由此在介绍了环境成本计算方法的基础上,利用全生命周期理论,建立了以石油产业价值链为基础的全生命周期环境成本计量模型;并以陕北某炼油厂为例,计算了该厂2010—2012年的环境成本,最后提出了降低企业环境成本的具体措施。
Because of the increasingly close contact between natural environment and company production,the full life-cycle environmental cost measurement mode of oil industry value chain analysis,based on the introduction to the environmental cost calculation method,has been built by using the full life-cycle theory. Then some refinery in northern Shaanxi has been used as an example,and its environmental costs from 2010 to 2012 have been calculated. Finally,some concrete measures to reduce the environmental costs are proposed.
