摘要
在参考经济合作与发展组织教育指标体系的基础上,通过对我国部分高等职业学校的调研,利用顾客满意理论和模糊层次分析法,从高职学校教育管理、人才培养规划、学生全面发展、学校生活状况、学校形象与发展、人性化对待6个方面构建了高等职业教育受众幸福指数评价体系,并将该模型应用于评价高等职业学校的教育受众幸福感评价中,以期进一步推动我国高等职业教育的改革。
Based on the educational index system of Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development,and through the survey on some of tertiary vocational schools in China,the happiness index evaluation system of higher vocational education audience has been constructed by means of customer satisfaction theory and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,which includes six aspects,like the educational management of tertiary vocational schools,the plan of talent cultivation,all-round development of students,the status of school life,the image and development of schools,and human-based management. This model is also applied to the evaluation on the happiness index of higher vocational education audience in order to promote the reform of higher vocational education.
