摘要
大多数学者认为企业文化对企业创新具有推动作用,也有学者认为二者之间可能存在促进或者抑制的作用,还有一些学者得出的结论是企业文化源自企业创新。基于此,提出利用企业生命周期理论整合学术界观点分歧的构想,以期为实证研究提供一个分析框架。
Most of scholars think that enterprise culture is very helpful in enhancing enterprise innovation,some scholars believe that there maybe exist promoting or restricting functions between two aspects. However,some researchers have concluded that enterprise culture originates from enterprise innovation. Therefore,the paper puts forward the conception to use the enterprise life cycle theory in integrating the differences of academic opinions,and thus provides an analytical framework for scholars to carry out empirical research.
