摘要 2014年2月,几内亚暴发埃博拉疫情并迅速蔓延至利比亚等其他西非国家,引起了世界卫生组织(WHO)的严重关注。由美国马普生物制药公司生产的抗病毒药物ZMapp可用于抗埃博拉病毒。文章介绍了埃博拉病毒,综述了抗埃博拉病毒实验性药物ZMapp研究进展。这些研究为抗埃博拉病毒新药的开发提供了有益的参考。 The outbreak of epidemic Ebola virus in Guinea in February 2014 and dissemination quickly to Liberia and other west African countries bring about a serious attention by WHO.An anti-Ebola new drug—ZMapp was produced by Mapp Biopharmaceutical Company of America.In this paper,the Ebola virus is introduced,and the research progress on anti-Ebola virus experimental drug ZMapp is reviewed.These relative researches will be the beneficial reference for the research and development of new anti-Ebola virus drugs.
